Alexander J. Fisher, Esq.
Alexander Fisher is a partner of Fisher & Fisher. His practice is focused on complex business and real estate litigation and he serves as legal counsel for entrepreneurs and small to mid-sized business throughout the United States.
Mr. Fisher has represented the legal and business interests of clients in both state and federal courts, as well as in complex negotiations, arbitrations and meditations.
Alexander specializes in business disputes, real estate disputes, contracts, leases, entity formation, civil torts, and fund raising.
Mr. Fisher, earned his J.D and M.B.A from Emory University. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of Michigan, receiving a B.A. in both economics and communications.
Alexander was recognized by Los Angeles Magazine as one of the “Top 100 Up-And- Coming Attorneys,” in Southern California, in 2019, 2021 and again in 2022. Mr. Fisher has been recognized as a “Rising Star” in the area of litigation by Super Lawyers, each year, from 2015 though 2022.
Alexander has co-authored more than twenty published articles (appearing in such publications as Offshore Investment and ICF Review), and has been featured as a key-note speaker at more than a dozen programs. He served as the chair of the Business section of the Beverly Hills Bar Association from 2012-2014. Prior to commencing his legal career, he externed for the Honorable Judge Alex Kozinsky (formerly Chief Judge of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals).
Mr. Fisher lives in West Los Angeles with his wife and two young children.
